It is our Corporate Policy to ensure that our Adjusters carry a pending caseload of at least 90 but not more than 120 claim files at any given time. By keeping our Adjusters' caseloads manageable, we are able to ensure that each and every claim file is handled and disposed of expediently and appropriately. Our information technology system enables us to ensure that any payment of any benefit is appropriate and timely, reserves are accurate, diary entries are on time and that excess reporting is aggressively managed. We also ensure that frequent and ongoing client and employee and/or third party claimant communication is essential and meaningful. Our Adjusters are fully supported by administrative professionals, an EDI unit, dedicated staff Nurse Case Managers, a paperless environment and a management team that is hands-on.
